BCT uses various prepreg ply materials, core materials, and resin systems to create composite panels and molded parts.

Composite laminates are constructed by stacking plys in various fiber orientations as defined by the designer. The direction and number of plys are determined by finite element analysis based upon the required strength and stiffness of the laminate in all directions.

BCT maintains a close relationship with top prepreg chemists and suppliers enabling the most effective and appropriate materials for customer applications. According to project requirements, BCT is able to give recommendations on how to optimize customer parts.
