BCT customers expect tooling to match their specific prototype or production requirements. At Beaufort Composite Technologies, Inc. we take tremendous pride in fabricating all of our tooling directly within our facility.

BCT has the facilities necessary to produce tooling for composite parts very quickly and accurately. The primary tool is a 5-Axis CNC Router.

BCT can accept CAD surfaces of many different formats from customers to use in part definition.

This data is used to generate tool-path information that is fed to the CNC.

BCT uses computer controlled, integrally zone heated, composite molds and presses. The computer control equipment, power supply equipment, molds, presses are all of BCT's own design and manufacture.
