Beaufort Composite Technologies, Inc. designs, engineers, and fabricates complex shaped epoxy prepreg composite molded parts. BCT parts are used in diverse applications within the aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical, and recreational industries. As well as molded parts, the company manufactures large (4' x 40') composite cored panels, solid laminate sheets and parts made from them.

BCT offers a combination of cutting edge technology and equipment as well as comprehensive design and engineering capabilities. Proprietary computer controlled heated mold technology is utilized in BCT's manufacturing process for curing both molded parts and flat panels. By use of CNC machines (either 3 or 5 axis), parts and panels are machined to required sizes, shapes or products.
